"Repeatedly tried to get me to talk to less qualified agents that are not properly licensed in CA and WA in spite of me specifically asking to talk to Jeff who is licensed in both. Kept putting off scheduling a meeting with Jeff across several requests. They had a whole week to get an appointment on the books. Tried to dodge my questions about availability and delay by saying "we will get back to you in a few days" (spoiler alert: they didn't.)

If you work with this agency be prepared to get stonewalled and have your complex policy questions only partially addressed by gatekeeper agents. Don't expect to talk to Jeff himself. It's his agency in name only.
