I called initially for just an auto insurance quote and ended up bundling and saving on my auto and homeowners insurance! This was a surprise because insurance in California is super high, so I never excepted to save this much! "This agency canceled my policy due to a clerical error ON THEIR END. They did not send the notice to my mailing address so I received the notice entirely too late. There were no attempts to email or call me to explain the issue they THOUGHT they were running into. Their Underwriting Department thought my license was surrendered, which it most assuredly was not. Had someone tried to contact me, I might have been able to assist, but they attempted to handle it themselves and I got the short end of the stick. I've been driving UNKNOWINGLY UNINSURED for a week before I received their letter. No one at the agency is apparently able to reinstate my original policy. The best they can do is draw up a new policy with higher rates. I have no idea how a company can make such a grave mistake in the customer service world and then tell you to pay more to fix it. Not only was I driving uninsured for a week, but what if I had gotten into an accident or pulled over? I'm going on a road trip this Saturday from to California- what if something had happened to my car on the road? I wouldn't have had any roadside assistance! I'm absolutely appalled that one- this even happened, two- being a smaller agency with a "personal touch" they NEVER called or sent an email (just sent a letter NOT to my mailing address which I stressed several times was different than my home address), and three- basically can't do anything to fix it other than write a new/more expensive policy. Definitely look elsewhere for coverage- the disorganization and failure to rectify their mistakes will cost you."

Mary assisted in providing us optimal and cost-efficient auto insurance policies for all of our household vehicles.
