BUYER BEWARE!!! The negligence in this office has cost me $2000. This is the worst insurance experience that I have ever had. I have been with JK for the past 3 years. Each year I put 2 autos into suspension for the winter. Last year, one auto policy was being cancelled because of a pending sale. Neither policy ever was cancelled or suspended and was continued to be charged! I made 3 follow up calls over the winter to AGAIN, to suspend these vehicles. Between March and May 2025 I spent countless hours on the phone with JK office trying to get this corrected and a credit that totaled about $2000. His office and State Farm in general would not correct or refund ANY of this money caused by their continued negligence. I will be filing complaints with the State commissioners office and NEVER use JK State Farm ever again. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

I recently had the great experience of bundling my home, car and business insurance with Jeff and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. He was patient in explaining many things many times to me, he was knowledgeable, kind and did such a great job guiding me through this process. Can never get a hold of them! I purchased a new car to add to my policy and have been trying to reach them for 4 days. Left several messages. Just horrible customer service

Staff members are great to work with! They provided a renters policy quote and vehicle quote. Very easy process. They can also help with business quotes - didn’t know that!

It had been impossible to get simple things done, or clarity from anyone at this insurance agency. I currently have three renter’s policies for my same address. The person I have talked to multiple times I have had to provide instruction too, and I don’t know anything about insurance! Some of it is just common sense. The most basic things take forever and get done incorrectly. I understand if there are aspects of underwriting etc that take time and need to be consider, but explain that to me as the professionals I am paying, so I can make the right requests and decisions. How can two simple policies be so hard! It is affordable, but the frustration on dealing with the makes me want to pay more just to not deal with it anymore, I previously wrote a great review for an employee here, who helped me after much previous frustration. They seem to no longer work there now.
